While some neighborhoods are situated on the golf courses, others are positioned between 2 or more and have access to more than one course. Here are, but a few, of our popular courses. The 18-hole "Piper Glen" course at the TPC at Piper Glen facility in Charlotte, North Carolina features 6,883 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.2 and it has a slope rating of 130 on Zoysia grass. Designed by Arnold Palmer, the Piper Glen golf course opened in 1988.
